Position Overview: The Business Management Intern will assist our team in the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to streamline processes and support the management team.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a successful company, with exposure to customer service, logistics, management and sales Key Responsibilities: * Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and tracking project progress * Help coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and internal teams * Conduct market research and assist with business development efforts * Participate in tracking timelines and deliverables * Provide administrative support to senior management, including data entry, filing, and document preparation * Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for efficiency Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field * Strong interest in the construction industry and business operations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude What We Offer: * Hands-on experience in the construction industry * Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field * Opportunity to work on real-world projects and make a tangible impact * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Potential for full-time employment after internship completion (based on performance) $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
