Our client, a leading provider in healthcare solutions, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Sales Support department supporting the Inside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Livermore, CA

Pay Range: $24- 28/ hr on w2

What's the Job?

Make outbound calls to follow up on incomplete paperwork and support inbound clinic inquiries.

Assist the Inside Sales team with customer calls as needed.

Promote the use of digital platforms for customer engagement.

Provide assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Maintain effective time management and adhere to schedules and attendance requirements.

What's Needed?

Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple websites and platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and smart devices.

Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities.

Ability to follow all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements.
