Endocrinology APRN Position
Hours: 35 hours/week
Middlesex Health Multi-Specialty Endocrinology is a busy general Endocrinology practice that consists of 5 physicians, 3 APRNs, and a CDE. Our primary location is in Middletown with a Satellite office in Westbrook, CT

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians to provide follow-up care for patients primarily with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes as well as other general endocrine disorders such as thyroid disease and osteoporosis
Minimum Requirements:
• Active unrestricted APRN license
• Master of Science in Nursing
• Board certified either through ANCC or AANP
• Licensed for prescriptive authority in CT
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in the field of Endocrinology is preferred but not required
