In accordance with state/federal regulation, the Overnight Pharmacy Technician - LTC assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in practice of pharmacy. Assists pharmacist in performance of other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This position is a safety sensitive position.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience preferred
Sterile Compounding or IV Experience
Excellent customer service skills
High sense of urgency
High energy personality that thrives in fast paced environment
Passionate with great attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team setting to deliver deadlines
Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks
Familiar with both iOS and Android systems
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Education and/or Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED
State Driver's License
Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
Registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with local, state, federal, and Company regulations.
Prepacking of stock including preparation of equipment and pre-pack labels, packaging and labeling of product for bar-code scanning, and quality control procedures.
Stock control functions including stock level audits, expiry date checking, stock file maintenance, and maintenance of internal stock movement.
General cleaning of work area and general maintenance of equipment and materials.
Maintains knowledge of loss prevention techniques
Other duties as assigned

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
