As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leadership:

Develops operational plan for own department, meeting the expectations and deadlines of internal and external customers

Establish standardized procedures and trainings to support team development and capability building

Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

Customer relationship champion: Main quality focal point for customer been able to:

Understand main customer requirements and needs, been able to communicate proper with customer.

Capture in a proper way customers issues and lead technical RCA to present to customer and internal stakeholders

Stakeholder management:

Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.

Good understand how project is along the entire cycle and what are his team contributions/deliveries along this journey

Problem solving mindset

Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Proven analytical and organizational ability.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college, MBA preferrable

Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.

Be analytical with substantial experience in Quality management tools & methodologies, and management experience in projects or team environment

Able to demonstrate experience in leadership roles

Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization
