This position supports a cross-categorical, co-taught classroom in partnership with a general education teacher in a vibrant and inclusive Project-Based Learning (PBL) environment.

Qualifications: * Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license, Mild to Moderate required * Experience or strong interest in co-teaching and collaborative instruction * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage IEPs for a caseload of students * Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, compliant IEPs aligned with student needs * Effective communication skills with families, colleagues, and related service providers * Commitment to inclusive practices and meeting the needs of diverse learners * Passion for working in a multicultural, equity-focused school community * Familiarity with or willingness to embrace Project-Based Learning (PBL) Responsibilities: * Develop, write, and manage IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines * Deliver individualized and small group instruction based on student goals * Collaborate daily with general education teachers to support instruction in a co-taught setting * Communicate proactively and effectively with families regarding student progress * Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring * Maintain organized documentation of services, goals, and student data * Contribute to a positive school culture that reflects the values of equity, inclusion, and innovation Why Winton Woods?
