Service Advisor Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner * Obtain customer and vehicle information * Provide excellent customer service to all customers * Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Establish follow up time * Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently * Explain all completed work and charges to customers Service Advisor Requirements: * Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction * High School Diploma/GED is required * Previous customer service experience * Above average energy level * A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization * Personal and professional integrity * Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment Cavender Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
