The purpose of this class is to assist with the efficient operation of the Advancement Service Office.
Providing accurate analysis, statements and reporting of donor accounts.
Responsible for data entry, gift recording and assisting with CCBC Foundation, Inc.
events.
High school diploma/GED and five years of clerical experience working in an office environment, preferably a business which is customer service oriented or an Associate's degree and three years identical experience.
Experience to include data entry, maintenance and cashhandling.
Knowledgeable of and experience with Microsoft Office software, information systems and document imaging.
Experience working with the public is required, as is the ability to work overtime as required for events.
Valid driver's license in good standing with less than five (5) points as the position may require travel to other locations.
* Assist and provide information to donors related to gifts, in kind donations and event activity.
* Provide service to donors by providing timely thank you letters, reports, documents and other correspondence.
* Perform various clerical duties including answering phones, data entry, correspondence and filing.
* Research all issues and communicate to constituents.
* Data Maintenance and Entry Support.
Responsible for the data entry and updating all donor records and related information as well as providing data in report form to staff.
* Prepare Daily Deposit of incoming gifts and online donations.
* Invoicing related to donors and events.
