Custodial duties are conducted on 2nd shift during the school year and 1st shift during spring, summer and winter breaks. Responsibilities include supervision of 2nd shift custodial crew and general custodial work. Past experience in cleaning of schools (or large buildings) and leadership abilities are needed, with preference given to those with past supervisor-type experiences (although that is not a requirement). Must meet the physical requirements to do custodial work. The custodial salary will be based on past experience and includes a stipend for the foreman supervision responsibilities. 100% of the premiums are covered for medical insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and dental insurance as well as a significant portion is paid towards additional medical insurance coverage for spouse, child or family.
