Employment correlates with the Spring 2025 semester, beginning January 6, 2025.

Essential Job Duties * Plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate all intramural activities.

* Create policies, rules, and regulations for intramural activities.

* Oversee student staff to include hiring.

* Oversee equipment and inventory control.

* Manage IM league for each sport.

* Recruit, select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate all staff members, including game officials and coordinators.

* Assist risk management for intramurals/rec.

* Assist with maintaining field and gym usage schedule.

Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required and acceptance into the EXNS graduate program.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Broad knowledge of various sports including rules and regulations.

* Understanding of NCAA regulations.

* Ability to engage with student body, promote IM program, and encourage involvement.

* Ability to track and inventory sports equipment.

* Proficiency with MS Office products.

* Ability to administer basic first aid.

* Experience recruiting employees and managing a team is highly preferred.

* Strong organization and calendaring skills.

Preferred Major Licenses, Certification or Registrations First Aid certification, preferred.
