As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers and CNAs to join us.

We are urgently hiring for a caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Baytown, TX (77520). Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Baytown, TX) Shifts Available: Day Shift (Night Shift when needed) Responsibilities: * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care * Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care for clients Requirements: * Must be able to speak Spanish (Bilingual). * High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting.

* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required.

* Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Empathy, patience, and compassion towards elderly clients.

* Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home). * Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
