Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a part-time Child Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expert behavioral health team, delivering psychiatric services to children and adolescents in Dayton, Washington Court House, and Columbus, Ohio an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact on young lives.Job Description:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents

Serve as Collaborating Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/Client) within the child and adolescent programs

Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes

Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans

Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding diagnosis, treatment, and complex clinical issues

Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote integrated care

Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
