Virtual Evening IOP therapist.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

5:30pm-8:30pm

We are looking for a helping professional to join our team who is motivated to provide quality treatment promoting wellness and recovery for those who experience substance use and mental health disorders.

As a therapist at Leora, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in achieving their recovery goals. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and providing individual therapy. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing client success and improving treatment outcomes.

The Role Itself

As a Substance Abuse Counselor or Therapist at Leora you will have the opportunity to:

Provide PHP, IOP, and OP treatment for clients struggling with substance use and mental health disorders.

Provide group, individual, and family therapy using evidence based treatment models.

Develop treatment plans with clients and their support system.

Engage with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

License/Education/Certification: LSW (BSW, MSW), LPC, LISW, or LPCC

2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred)

At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling. (Preferred)

Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. (Preferred)
