AZ-RN - Operating Room/Circulator

COVID-19 vaccination isrecommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October throughApril. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by PhoenixChildren's prior to starting. Anyone notvaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virusseason. Job Summary: This position, in collaborationwith the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patienthealth utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professionalnursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patientand family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards,and organizational values. Experience Requirements: 2 years' nursing experience 1 year of pediatric surgery/OR/Circulatorexperience Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. BSN preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RNlicense or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or theability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. Current BLS certification forHealthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification fromthe American Heart Association. CNOR Preferred.

Shift: 06:30 to 19:00 Sat, Sun, and one other variable day of the week with call 1-2 days per month.
