What You'll Do:

Developing and Updating Treatment Plans

Create individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Regularly review and revise plans based on data, progress, and team input.

Training and Supporting RBTs

Provide hands-on training and ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they are confident and competent in implementing treatment protocols with fidelity and compassion.

Caregiver Collaboration and Coaching

Deliver personalized caregiver training sessions to empower families with tools and strategies that support progress beyond the therapy setting. Foster strong, trusting relationships with caregivers.

Staff Development and Evaluation

Conduct competency assessments and performance reviews for new and existing RBTs, offering constructive feedback and mentorship to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery.

Efficient Scheduling and Client Engagement

Design and maintain a time-effective schedule that allows for consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, ensuring continuity of care and timely support.

Documentation and Reporting

Complete clear, objective session notes after each visit and write comprehensive monthly progress reports that reflect client growth, challenges, and next steps.

Mentorship and Leadership

After one year at NBCG, serve as a mentor to new BCBAs, sharing your expertise and helping to foster a collaborative, supportive clinical culture.

Professional Communication and Teamwork

Maintain punctual, respectful, and responsive communication with clients, families, and team members. Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Upholding Ethical and Inclusive Practices

Represent NBCG with professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Adhere to our non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies, and help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and affirming workplace for all.

Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology

A BCBA®, BCaBA® or BCBA-D® credential in good-standing

Meets the BACB® supervision standards (NBCG offers supervision if needed)

A passion for assent-based, person-centered care

We are looking for part-time or full-time team members.

Hourly pay based on experience.

Full-time employees working more than 32 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period. Part-time employees are eligible for a smaller amount of benefits.

Supervision hours if needed

Monthly Group Trainings and Cross-department Coordination with speech therapists, clinical therapists, and medication management professionals.

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay: 10 paid holidays for full-time employees, 5 paid holidays for part-time employees. Time off paid at billable rate. Additional PTO increasing yearly starting with 2 weeks.

Personal time off: Flexible unpaid time off for personal days.

Parental Leave: 2 Weeks Paid Leave for full-time employees after 12 months of service.
