Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Abrasive Systems Coated Abrasives team supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, self-starter approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: 100% Onsite, Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $19 to $21 p/h W-2 depending upon experience

What's the Job?

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures.

Operate, maintain, and calibrate multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples.

Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately and efficiently.

Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What's Needed?

High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.

At least 2 years working in a laboratory setting (school or professional)

Consistent, reliable transportation to this on-site job.

Strong technical and/or mechanical background.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
