SQUASH:ED is searching for a Squash Professional to work and train at our incredible GWC Squash House facility in Greenwich, CT.

The ideal candidate will be a fun, well organized lover of squash who wants to share their passion for this amazing sport with our members.

No elite playing experience is required but a strong sense of teaching standards, working in a fun dynamic team and putting the player first.

SQUASH:ED's team of Squash Professionals provide day-to-day support for SQUASH:ED's athletes both on and off the court.

Responsibilities will include: performing private lessons, delivering fun junior group clinics, playing doubles with adult members, running tournaments, corresponding with clients, and building relationships with SQUASH:ED's clientele.

REQUIREMENTS NGB's Squash Coaching Certificates Valid US work visa (highly desirable) Valid Driver's License The position is year-round, full-time.

The ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

KEY ATTRIBUTES Excellent verbal and written communication skills Being able to connect to people of all ages - especially children Service-oriented Extremely organized with the ability to multitask Self-starter with a strong work ethic Positive attitude with a passion for Squash, and a reflection of SQUASH:ED's brand ethos RESPONSIBILITIES Support and develop weekend lessons and clinics Work directly with SQUASH:ED's clients (focus on developing junior players from starting to performance) Travel to weekend tournaments with players and offer a full range of coaching needs.

Working in conjunction with the owner and the rest of the team for seamless execution COMPENSATION Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and credentials.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and an hourly lesson rate.
