REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years

Traveler Experience: Accepts 1st time traveler but must have a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes

Skills: Davinci, Washer, Ultrasonic and cart washer, Sterilization, Decontaminate, Assembly/wrap,

Certs: CBSPD or IAHCSMM

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

Censitrac, Steris: autoclaves/sterilizers, EPS, vPRO, Sterrad 100S, Sterrad NX, Trophon

Case cart.

JOB DETAILS:

Trays 268/day: Peel Pouched Items 830/day

Shift: 8 hour shifts (30 min lunch) with possible weekends. (15:00-23:30)

*40 hours can be offered.

Will accept 13 week contracts.

***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer***

Float Requirement: Floating Details: Must be willing to float from 1st floor (OR Rooms) and ground floor, (Women's Center, L & D, ICU, ER, General, urology, and outside practices). Will float to all areas of SPD including 1st and ground floor

Weekend Requirement: Rotating Weekends/Holidays as needed.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: All Surgery Cases: General. ortho, neuro, neuro spines, robotics, ENT, urology, plastics, OB.

Case volume: Weekday 31/day: Weekend 15/day.

Tray Volume: 268/day: Peel Pouched Items 830/day.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Must be willing to work in all areas of SPD: Sterile, Decontam, Assembly/wrap.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Equipment and Systems Experience- REQUIRED: Davinci, Washer, Ultrasonic and cart washer.

SCHEDULING TYPE: Unit schedules / block

UNIT ORIENTATION: 2 days,

Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
