The School of Music ( at West Virginia University invites applications for part-time Adjunct positions to teach undergraduate, graduate, or non-credentialled courses.

The college currently offers the following programs: Graduate Programs * Conducting MMus * Music Business and Industry MA (online) * Music Education MMus * Music Theory MA * Musicology MA * Performance MMus * Piano Pedagogy MMus * Conducting DMA * Performance DMA Undergraduate Programs * Music BA * Music and Health BS * Music Business and Industry BA * Music Composition BMus * Music Education BMus * Music Performance BMus * Music Therapy BMus Descriptions for the undergraduate sequences are available online in the In addition to the above programs, the college offers The Community Music Program and the Mountaineer Marching Band.

Adjunct teaching positions prefer candidates that possess a terminal degree (master's or doctoral) in a closely related discipline, along with related professional experience.

Candidates that possess a bachelor's degree in a related discipline along with substantial, highly specialized industry experience will also be considered.
