We are looking for a highly qualified contracted Physician or APP to provide clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic medical services consistent with accepted national standards, and further shall perform such related administrative services pursuant to the terms of the Professional Service Agreement with OVP Health. Such therapeutic services may include medication assisted treatment for patients suffering from addiction, as determined by Contractor while exercising Contractor's best independent medical judgment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provision of healthcare to patients served by OVP at the Assigned Location
Timely and accurate completion of medical records regarding the assessment and treatment provided consistent with any policies and procedures at the Assigned Location
Timely and accurate completion of any and all documents and records required by OVP Health to obtain payment for services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a medical degree (MD or DO) or APP Licensure
Must be licensed in the state of WV
At least 5 years of experience
