Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $130,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Support four executives including the owner, President, CFO, and one additional leader

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments

Book domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail and preferences

Handle high-volume communications and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of executives

Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and executive priorities Requirements:

Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth individuals

Communicate assertively and effectively in high-pressure environments

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and executive demands

Solve problems independently and take initiative without hesitation

Maintain discretion and poise while handling confidential matters Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field

Show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and schedule management

Accumulate experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced settings

Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
