About Us We are a Michigan public charter school dedicated to providing a supportive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our team and help ensure continuity of instruction when classroom teachers are absent.

Responsibilities * Provide instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher.

* Follow lesson plans and maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment.

* Ensure student safety and uphold school policies and procedures.

* Report attendance and any issues to school administration.

Requirements (per Michigan Department of Education guidelines): * Minimum of 60 semester credit hours from a regionally accredited college or university.

* GPA of 2.0 or higher.

* Must hold or be eligible to apply for a Michigan Substitute Permit (daily substitute permit issued by MDE). * Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting (per state law). * Strong communication and classroom management skills.

* Flexibility, dependability, and a positive attitude.

Other Preferred Qualifications: * Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Standard or Professional). * Prior teaching or classroom experience.

* Completion of the ETS Parapro Assessment or WorkKeys test (if applying as a substitute paraprofessional). Benefits of Joining Our Team: * Flexible scheduling.
