Rockport Middle High School is a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletics Association.
The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of our Baseball program including but not limited to: Develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies.
Teach fundamentals and promote skill development while fostering a positive team culture and encouraging good sportsmanship.
Coordinate and supervise team practices, games and travel.
Communicate regularly with players, parents, and school administration.
Monitor and support players' academic performance and personal growth.
Manage equipment and uniforms.
Comply with all school and athletic association policies and regulations.
The Head Coach is also a visible member of our school community and must always represent the best interests of our school community.
