0.5 Instructional Assistant

Pine Grove School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 0.5 Instructional Assistant to join our team and support our special education students.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities: Assist special education teachers in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.

Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their learning and behavioral needs.

Implement behavior plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors.

Collect and maintain data on student progress and behavior to help tailor instructional approaches.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
