Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a team of manufacturing professionals. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the electronics manufacturing process.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.

Monitor production efficiency and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary.

Lead and mentor the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role, specifically in electronics manufacturing (PCBA, PCB, SMT, Box Builds, Wire harness).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Proficient in manufacturing principles and practices, including lean manufacturing.

Experience with printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), surface mount technology (SMT), and box builds is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
