Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support/Account Representative to provide support for Client Registrations and Entitlements within WM Operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures while delivering white-glove service to call center staff. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Client registration requests for WM Operations in coordination with Compliance and Registration Oversight.
• Support periodic reviews and maintenance of registration attributes (e.g., licenses, states).
• Order materials for approved candidates and process vendor invoicing.
• Ensure new employees are onboarded with appropriate system access for day-one effectiveness.
• Monitor and report progress against entitlement review deliverables for WM Operations.
• Produce and monitor daily and monthly CSA Admin reporting.
• Perform security administration for vendor applications.
• Troubleshoot entitlement concerns for CSG staff.
• Provide additional reporting support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Excel Macros via Visual Basic.
