The Role As a Strategy Intern at FreshDirect, you'll dive into real-world business challenges and make an impact from day one.

You'll work side by side with the Strategy team to conduct market and competitor research, analyze performance data, and generate insights that help shape key business initiatives.

You'll gain hands-on experience building presentations for senior leadership, tracking critical KPIs, and collaborating across teams to move strategic projects forward.

What You'll Do Research & Analysis * Conduct market and competitor research that directly informs strategic planning.

* Analyze internal performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

* Track KPIs and report on strategic objectives, helping the team understand what drives results.

Strategic Impact & Execution * Support strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, seeing your contributions make a tangible difference.

* Help build presentations and strategy documents that influence senior leadership and key business initiatives.

* Summarize meetings and insights to ensure key takeaways translate into action across the organization.

Collaboration & Learning * Work closely with cross-functional teams, learning from diverse perspectives while advancing business goals.

* Partner with team members to solve problems, share ideas, and contribute to high-impact projects.

* Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, developing skills that will prepare you for future strategic roles.

What You'll Bring Analytical Curiosity & Problem-Solving * You are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

* You love digging into data, thinking critically, and solving complex problems.

* You are comfortable using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau to analyze and visualize data.

Communication & Collaboration * You communicate clearly and confidently, turning insights into stories that inspire action.

* You thrive in both independent work and collaborative team settings.

* You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Passion for Strategy & Growth * You have experience through internships or coursework in strategy, consulting, or business analysis.

* You are curious about corporate strategy, innovation, and growth initiatives, eager to learn and contribute.

What We Offer * Compensation: Expected salary range of ($23.00 to $26.00) per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Final compensation will be confirmed during the interview process.
