Job Description Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern.

The position requires the person to: * Assist our Associate Development team with on-going projects * Collaborate with our Corporate Recruiting team to develop strategies for recruiting at local colleges and universities * Assist with the execution of intern programming and events during the summer * Assist with other duties throughout the HR division as requested Desired Skills & Experience * Student should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.

* Human Resources Management major preferred * Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently * Above average communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to resolve complex issues.
