A valid CA Teaching Credential or an ASCC CPR and First Aid TB Clearance Comments and Other Information If you are going to be a Head Coach and you don't have any kind of a teaching credential, if you are selected for the position, you will have to apply for an Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate.

The fee for the certificate is $102.65.
