CGP: AP Specialist

Our client, a dynamic ecommerce company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

We are looking for candidates who have at least 5+ years of full cycle, high volume accounts payable processing experience including 2 and 3 way matching. In addition, you will be responsible for: reconciling vendor statements, researching, and solving discrepancies; weekly check runs; processing expense reports; processing 1099's; and assisting with month end close.

Qualifications:

5+ years full cycle accounts payable

Be an Excel guru (v-lookups, pivot tables, sumifs)

ERP systems experience

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Have excellent job stability
