Scoular is looking for motivated seasonal workers to join our Harvest Support Team for an 8-week period this fall.

This is a unique opportunity to travel, work hard, and earn excellent pay in a short time.

You'll be part of a mobile crew, moving between grain facilities across the Midwest during peak harvest season.

What You'll Do: * Assist with grain handling operations during peak harvest (75 hours/week expected). * Work outdoors in fast-paced, hands-on roles.

* Travel with the team to different facilities in Nebraska and Kansas.

* Support operations that keep the harvest moving safely and efficiently.

Pay & Benefits * $25/hr for first 40 hours + $37.50/hr overtime * Meals & hotels fully covered ($75/day meal allowance + lodging provided) * Travel costs (to/from job site) paid in full What you'll be doing: * Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with the weighing and grading of grain trucks.

* Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.) * Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles, as well as performing general cleaning and housekeeping of bins and storage structures.

* Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any unsafe practices or hazards.

* Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.

What We're Looking For * Ability to commit to 8 weeks of continuous work and travel * Travel 100% (Western Nebraska, Western Kansas, Central Kansas) (We cover all travel to and from the job - you can be located anywhere in the U.S.) * Willingness to work long hours outdoors, including weekends * Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to different locations * No prior grain experience required - training provided * Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening * Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). * Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces * Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust * Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear.

* Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
