Career Details:
We are seeking passionate Cognitive Behavior Specialists to provide group facilitation and individual interventions for clients in order to reduce anti-social thoughts and behaviors. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and correspond with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will introduce, coordinate and lead client education on cognitive behavioral interventions and increase pro-social interactions. Group and individual facilitation will be conducted through in-person and virtual interactions. Employees will demonstrate effective communication, motivational, and pro-social skills on a consistent basis.
Requirements
Education: Associate's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field
Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
