Technical Sales Intern

Technical Sales Internship Scot Forge Company is looking to hire a Sales Intern for the summer of 2026 at the corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL.

A sales internship at Scot Forge will provide a variety of experiences and exposure to the sales profession and a technical sales team.

This intern will be supporting the sales team through their daily tasks and projects.

This Program Offers: * Paid Compensation * Professional Career Development and Mentoring * Real World Problem Solving * Meaningful Project Work * Exposure to onsite customer meetings and tours * Collaborative Work Environment * Company-Wide Intern Project Anticipated Projects include: * Gather, analyze and communicate market data and customer feedback in order to partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales segmentation * Partner with internal industry specialists for business development and customer organizational mapping * Market research and customer prospecting * Aid in writing documented value case histories in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Qualifications: * Senior standing in a Bachelor's program, majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or various Engineering disciplines * Independent worker with strong self-management and problem-solving skills, who can demonstrate learning agility * Outgoing personality with a natural curiosity and logic-based thought process * Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments * Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills Additional Requirements: * Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.
