Head Coach - Girls Lacrosse

Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a Head Coach for our Girls Lacrosse team.

As a committed follower of Jesus Christ, the Coach will provide excellent leadership and support of the program, including intentional development of the athletes' faith in Jesus Christ and excellence in Christian character, while instilling great work habits and teaching, stressing, and monitoring the primacy of Academics.

The Head Coach of Girls Lacrosse is responsible for strategically developing and managing our Lacrosse program. Serving as a Christian role model by the pattern of their personal and professional life, the candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the Bible with a passion for sharing the Gospel and discipling students to a life of faith with Jesus Christ as they pursue excellence in their athletic endeavors.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement practice schedules and game strategies to enhance team performance

Conduct regular training sessions focusing on skill development, physical conditioning, and teamwork

Monitor and evaluate player performance, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team progress and expectations

Organize and oversee team events, including games, tournaments, and community outreach activities

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

Previous outstanding experience in coaching Girls Lacrosse at the High School level or higher

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
