Executive Assistant
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, facilitating the smooth operation of the office and ensuring efficient use of the executives' time. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
Assist in the preparation and management of contracts and agreements related to projects.
Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support project management efforts as needed, particularly in construction-related tasks.Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Familiarity with construction industry practices and administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
