Job Description:

Reports to Medical Director/Chief of Medical Services

Specialties accepted: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Patient load: 16-24/day

Requirements

Active Texas license, Board Eligible/Certified

Specialties accepted: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

DEA, NPI, CPR/BLS

ECFMG if applicable

Nice to have

Bilingual (Spanish)

Outpatient chronic care experience

Work hours:

Outpatient clinic

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
