* Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits.

* Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers.

* Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.

* Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business.

* You have experience with operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and have meticulous attention to detail.
