What You'll Do
Direct and support a production team of 50+ with multiple leads and departments.
Own daily scheduling and provide clarity on "what must get done today."
Lead daily stand-ups, keep projects on schedule, and coordinate closely with install leaders and project managers.
Drive efficiency, reduce mistakes, and set up systems that make production more repeatable and profitable.
Lead leaders-developing, mentoring, and holding people accountable while inspiring pride in their work.
What We're Looking For
Deep signage expertise-10+ years in the sign industry, including how signs are manufactured and installed.
Proven leadership-experience managing large production teams ($8M+ annual manufacturing output).
Strong communicator-comfortable on the shop floor and in front of customers, clear in email, verbal, and written updates.
Hands-on credibility-confident setting direction while willing to jump in with the front line when needed.
Organized & disciplined-able to balance a "we'll get it done" attitude without overpromising.
Nice to Have
Experience with program setup and optimization (shop drawings, process flows, playbooks).
Working knowledge across signage disciplines such as CNC routing, sheet metal fabrication, welding, paint finishes, electrical wiring, vinyl/graphics, channel letters, service/maintenance, estimating, purchasing, and production design.
