Customer Service Representative
COMPENSATION: $17.00 per hour
LOCATION: Ann Arbor, MI

SHIFTS: Call center, on-site (not remote)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic call center environment in Ann Arbor, MI. This role requires excellent phone and customer service skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
Looking for local candidates (no more than a 30-minute commute).
Medical background may be helpful but not required.
Familiarity with MyChart is helpful; training provided if necessary.
Must be fluent with computers.
Requires a clean criminal history.
Must pass a 10+2 panel drug screen, similar to University Hospital requirements.
