Qualification: Education/Certification: * Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring) * Valid Texas educational aide certificate Special Knowledge/Skills: * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions * Ability to communicate effectively * Knowledge of general office equipment * Some college hours in core subject area preferred Experience: * Some experience working with children * Bilingual speaker preferred Salary: Starting Salary Range: $22,440 - $27,362 (2024/2025 Compensation Plan) Work Calendar: 187 days + additional ADSY (Additional Day School Year) days * Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.

* Stipends include additional days during the ADSY program academic year as outlined in the stipend agreement.
