School Clinicians - Correctional - Baltimore

Interdynamics, Inc., a leading behavioral health firm in Maryland is seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians to work part-time in the Maryland correctional system. The position is in Hagerstown, Maryland; Baltimore Maryland; and Jessup, MD

The Program goals are to provide special education services including in-person counseling sessions, psychological evaluations, IEP, 504 Plan and Child Find services. The successful candidate will collaborate with CE and DPSCS stakeholders.

The Contractor shall demonstrate knowledge and experience of in-person counseling sessions with clientele within the age range of 13 to 22 years old; experience documenting and summarizing counseling sessions; demonstrate an understanding of developing goals based on the clientele's needs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; conducting informal assessments and documenting the results on a technology platform; and maintaining daily and weekly communicating with a variety of stakeholders as they relate to the clientele in the form of virtual, in-person, and hybrid.

The Contractor shall demonstrate breadth of knowledge in collaborating with various professionals on a multidisciplinary team to develop clientele's counseling goals and objectives; identifying and conducting informal assessments that could evaluate the history, needs, and/or goals for the clientele; and connecting behavior(s) to thought processes to enhance clientele's progress and identify goals and objectives for their growth.

Assigned school(s) visits: The contractor shall be assigned 1 or more schools by the Contract Monitor.

Must be an LCPC or LCSWC.

Hours - up to 12 hours per week between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Estimated up to 312 work hours per year

Pay rate: $90 - $110 per hour

There will be no mileage reimbursement
