Schedule: Monday - Friday (overtime on weekends) Payrate: $17:00 - $18.00 Duties of a baler operator include: * Operating the baler: Starting, stopping, and adjusting the baler's settings for different materials.

* Loading and unloading: Placing materials into the baler and removing finished bales.

* Bale handling: Tying or wrapping bales, and potentially moving them using forklifts or other equipment.

* Quality control: Monitoring bales for proper compression, wrapping, and adherence to specifications.

* Equipment maintenance: Performing routine checks, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues.

* Record keeping: Documenting bale weights, material types, and production data.

* Safety compliance: Following all safety procedures and reporting hazards.

* Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
