Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care strategies.

Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous quality improvement.

Mentor and support nursing leaders in professional development and succession planning.

Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and overall healthcare experience.

Represent the nursing department in executive meetings, providing strategic input and reporting on nursing operations.

Candidate requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration strongly is preferred.

Current and unrestricted RN license in Washington.

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in healthcare leadership or administrative roles.

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, patients, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in healthcare technology, including electronic health record (EHR) systems.
