High School Special Education Teacher Maternity Leave

Duties PRIMARY FUNCTION: To provide special education services to students with disabilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide instruction to students with disabilities.

* Develop goals for students with disabilities and write Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). * Conduct IEP meetings.

* Communicate with parents and staff regarding individual student progress.

* Maintain progress records and record progress toward IEP goals.

* Accepts other responsibilities and duties, relevant to teaching assignments, as assigned by the administration.

Qualifications Must have PEL endorsed for special education teaching.

Salary/Benefits Commensurate with education and experience.
