Scheduler
Position Overview
The Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of healthcare construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to effectively allocate resources and maintain project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Prepare regular updates and reports on project status for management and stakeholders.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in healthcare or construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
