Manage team and workload for installing Hot and Cold Aisle containment in Mission Critical Environments.
Responsible for the safety of the team onsite, along with the quality and timeline of installation.
Domestic travel required weekly.
Required availability is Sunday through Saturday depending on project requirements.

* Work with Project managers to understand specific project expectations.
* Coordinate travel with install techs who are assigned to project (PPE, flights, hotel, car rentals, etc.). * Submit required job documents to appropriate parties as needed.
* Communicate with various departments as required.
* Participate in weekly meetings.
* Draft gameplan of install and share plan with team onsite (daily targets). * Problem solves install issues as they arise.
* Communicate changes to: PM, Site Service Supervisor, Techs on the job.
* Drive Safety.
* Quality Check complete install.
* Manage expenses and expense reports.
* Train on various product installs with new hires and techs with little experience.

* Experience training team members on new tasks.
* Use of basic hand tools and power tools.
* Previous construction experience helpful.
* Ability to use Microsoft Windows platform.
Required Education: * Minimum High School Diploma: Associate or higher preferred.
Desired Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with customers, employees, and management.
* Able to measure and draw accurately.
* Basic construction understanding.
* Computer literate.
* Organized self-starter.
