ECSU is looking to expand its adjunct pool for its Chemistry Program.

Adjunct faculty are needed to teach undergraduate level Chemistry courses.

Specifically, we are looking for engaging instructors with experience of teaching students with diverse backgrounds and who have taught laboratory and first year courses.

Competencies/Knowledge Skills, and Abilities Required in this Position Minimum requirements include at least 18 credits of graduate Chemistry courses or Master's Degree or PhD in Chemistry.

Experience in the instruction of Chemistry courses.

Teaching at the primary and secondary school level is a plus.

Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions.

Demonstrated experience teaching online courses utilizing Blackboard as the LMS platform is preferred.

Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies.

Must be committed to excellence in student learning and the ability to promote students' ability to succeed in a multicultural and global community.
