Master's Degree with a major in psychology or related field
Successful experience with Applied Behavior Analysis
Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professional certificate required
New Jersey Teaching certificate preferred
Experience working with teachers, students and parents
Minimum experience 3 years or the equivalent as a behavior specialist preferred
Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education
Demonstrated ability to assess children's behavioral needs and competence in the design of appropriate instructional strategies and education programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
