We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to fill our Clinician Experience role. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee (our nurses) engagement.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies such as initiatives, programs and activities

Create recognition programs

Communicate engagement initiatives to employees

Collaborate with HR and management

Social Media/ Marketing

Care Coordinator Qualifications

Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Organized

Empathetic and excellent communication skills

Solutions oriented

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
