We will provide tools for the job, but the tools will be considered property of the school district.

This job requires you to maintain a reasonable amount of confidentiality, such as but not limited to, vehicle information, bus routes, personal information, student information and strategies.

Qualifications: * Get and maintain a CDL class B license * General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC * Ability to lift 60 pounds repetitively * Computer skills including HVAC programming including schedules and operation * Good problem-solving skills * Self-starter with good communication skills * Good attendance and work ethic * Willingness to work as a team * We will provide training Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance on all school owned buildings as needed * General building repair * Complete appropriate paperwork for work orders, maintenance records and any other documentation * Light repair of buses and corporation vehicles * Snow plowing and assisting with ice melt spreading * Maintain shop equipment and tools * Other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities and Bus Maintenance and/or the Superintendent Requirements: * Must be 18 years of age * Have at least a high school diploma or GED * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Complete and pass an Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check Compensation: * Competitive pay depending upon experience Contracted days: 12-month employee Hours: 7:30 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m.
